Book as Early as Possible
Mr. Tam manages his own schedule and plans return journeys carefully to make the most of each trip. The earlier you book, the better chance you have of securing your preferred date and time — particularly around Thai public holidays and peak tourist season.
Share Your Flight Number
If you are flying into Bangkok and heading to Hua Hin, Pattaya, or elsewhere, please provide your flight number. This applies to departing flights too — Mr. Tam needs your flight details to identify the correct terminal (Don Mueang and Suvarnabhumi serve different airlines), monitor for early landings or delays, and calculate the right departure time from your pickup location.
Share Your Destination — and a Google Maps Pin if Possible
For hotels and well-known resorts, the name of the property is usually sufficient. However, for private villas, houses, or any address that may be hard to find, a Google Maps pin is essential. It allows Mr. Tam to input the exact destination into the sat nav, monitor traffic patterns in advance, and ensure you arrive at the right place without delay. When in doubt, always send the pin.
Mention Any Special Requirements in Advance
If you need a child seat, have oversized luggage, are travelling with a pet, or have any other special requirements, please mention these at the time of booking. This gives Mr. Tam time to prepare so your transfer goes smoothly from the first moment.
No Advance Payment Required
There is no deposit and no online payment required to secure your booking. You pay the full agreed fare on arrival at your destination, in Thai baht. The price quoted is the price you pay — fuel, highway tolls, and all fees included. No surprises.
Meeting at the Airport
Airports are busy and it is easy to miss each other. Once you have landed and cleared immigration, contact Mr. Tam and he will confirm exactly where he is waiting for you. Both Suvarnabhumi (BKK) and Don Mueang (DMK) airports have free Wi-Fi available in the arrivals hall, so you can connect and message him the moment you are through. He will be there.
